Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a complex caseload of federal and state class action cases related to unfair business practices, consumer protection, and privacy statutes.
  • Investigate, draft, and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
  • Guide clients through the case process, providing expert advice and support.
  • Interact with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
  • An active member in good standing with a State Bar.
  • Litigation experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs.
  • Exceptional research skills.
  • Trial court or appellate Clerkship experience preferred.
  • Law review experience preferred.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a close attention to detail.
