Job Summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist in Front Royal, VA to provide high-quality patient care through specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited Physical Therapy Program and possess current or pending state licensure.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated annual salary is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. We offer flexible work schedules with no weekends (Monday-Friday), Clinical Care Productivity Bonuses, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits, 401k with company match, Paid Time Off and Holidays, Student Loan Reimbursement Opportunities, Partnership/Ownership Opportunities, Company Paid Life Insurance (1x base salary), Voluntary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Offerings.
