We are seeking a skilled LPN MDS Nurse to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process.
Responsibilities- Accurately complete MDS assessments and coordinate the RAI process to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and reimbursement is received.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve quality outcomes and maintain compliance with company guidelines and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid LPN license in the state employed.
- Three years of experience in a long term care environment, with experience in the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred.
