Job Summary

Pine Lake Nursery & Landscape LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in our grounds maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Turf Care: Operate various sized power mowers, trimming and edging using a gas powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas powered blower to maintain lush and healthy turf.
  • Landscaping: Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls, using clippers, weed cutters, and edging tools to create visually appealing landscapes.
  • Pruning and Planting: Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs, using shears, pruning shears or chain saw, and plant flowers, trees and shrubs using gardening tools.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Load trucks and equipment daily, and clean trucks and equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Maintenance Manager, including but not limited to, applying fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
Requirements
  • Clean MVR and valid driver's license, preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as workload dictates
  • English-Bilingual a plus
  • Physical ability to work in a jobsite environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, crouching and reaching
