Cafe Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve the shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred.
