About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to order, ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including specifications and inventory management
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
