You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population as a licensed clinical psychologist. You will quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming excellent provider-patient alliances.

The position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual, family, or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
  • Developing and coordinating a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting mental health conditions
  • Conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results
  • Involving patients and/or families in treatment planning as appropriate
  • Leading crisis intervention methods and providing insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
  • Completing clinical documentation according to policy

  • An active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in Rhode Island
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Able to commute to the location in-person

The estimated salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
