Neurodiagnostic Technologist I

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team at El Camino Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing and recording electroencephalographic (EEG), continuous EEG (c.EEG), and transcranial Doppler (TCD) procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and record EEG, c.EEG, and TCD procedures according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Provide accurate and descriptive analysis of findings and results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurodiagnostic technology and techniques.
- Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Equivalent EEG training may be approved by the Medical Director and/or EEG Manager based on candidate's other qualifications and level of experience.
- Knowledge of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in performing TCD procedures.
- EKG experience and willingness to be cross-trained.
