About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
