About the Role

Mindful Sprouts is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with exceptionalities and their families.

You will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, schools, and community environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting behavioral evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans
  • Providing training and supervision to caregivers and staff members
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering and evaluating behavioral assessment measures
  • Developing and implementing individualized goals and objectives
  • Teaching staff members the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs
  • Conducting regular training and supervision sessions

You will also be expected to:

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner and treat all clients, colleagues, and others with dignity and respect
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
  • Meet regularly with the Clinical Director to discuss client progress and satisfaction

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional status
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses
  • Strong knowledge of behavior-analytic therapies and staff training and supervision
