Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Sienna Hills Operations LLC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Participate in community events and activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
