Salary

This role offers competitive compensation related to patient care visits, non-visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and a first year success bonus. The low end of the range is reflective of average annual compensation earned based on a fully productive caseload, while the high end represents those who exceed productivity.

Job Description

In this critical role, you'll serve as a primary preceptor for new staff members, orienting, supporting, mentoring, guiding, and educating them to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

You'll also work to improve quality of care and service, performance, and department processes. This will involve performing assessments and daily visits as established by the plan of care and/or MD orders, as well as providing continuing education to patients, caregivers, and others in the management of their illnesses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • RN License in the state where you work
  • Previous Home Health Experience Required
  • Previous Education Experience Preferred
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
