Responsibilities- Evaluate and monitor patient responses to therapeutic regimens, addressing findings as needed.
- Assess and improve the quality of assigned patients' care, following up on quality concerns.
- Document patient responses to nursing interventions related to actual nursing diagnoses/problems.
- Evaluate patient/family understanding and adapt teaching methodology to enhance learning.
- Update and revise plans of care based on the effectiveness of interventions and patients' changes in status.
- A valid California RN license or proof of completion/renewal.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required.
- A caring team player with a customer-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
