Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor patient responses to therapeutic regimens, addressing findings as needed.
  • Assess and improve the quality of assigned patients' care, following up on quality concerns.
  • Document patient responses to nursing interventions related to actual nursing diagnoses/problems.
  • Evaluate patient/family understanding and adapt teaching methodology to enhance learning.
  • Update and revise plans of care based on the effectiveness of interventions and patients' changes in status.
Qualifications
  • A valid California RN license or proof of completion/renewal.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required.
  • A caring team player with a customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
