Insurance Claims Adjuster

Are you passionate about resolving insurance claims with expertise and integrity? Capstone ISG Inc, a leading independent adjustment firm, is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team.
This role involves examining claims forms, policies, and client instructions to determine coverage, adjusting property loss claims of varying levels of severity and complexity, and maintaining expected case loads. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Examines claims data to determine coverage and adjusts property loss claims according to company standards.
- Prepares written reports by collecting and summarizing information required by clients.
- Sets loss reserves and maintains accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a claims adjuster or completion of Capstone specified adjuster training.
- Working knowledge of Xactimate preferred.
- Licensed to adjust insurance claims in state and local jurisdictions.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
