Production Director

Join US Engine Valve as we seek a results-driven leader to drive production excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of plant operations, ensuring high-quality products meet customer demands.

Main Duties:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to track progress.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, supervisors, and customers.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.

Compensation Details:

• $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
