Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Construction Operations Manager to oversee our projects in New York City. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, guiding project teams that include roles such as Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Foreman, and Subcontractors.

  • Your dedicated Project Coordinator will manage all project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, payment requisitions, and procurement tasks.
