Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that promote growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the therapy process.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to RBTs, promoting skill development and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

$70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
