About the Role

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care for assigned patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for assigned patients and families
  • Provide direct care and delegate and supervise nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act
  • Demonstrate clinical competence and manage patient care
  • Improve quality of care and establish professional relationships
  • Fulfill responsibilities of the role of the hospital and develop clinical expertise per specialty
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to project a professional image and knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
