We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in interventional radiology procedures and hybrid OR procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamics during procedures, performing hemodynamic calculations as necessary to inform treatment decisions.
- Document pertinent procedure details, evaluation results, progress reports, treatment plans, and other data using appropriate formats and systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of cardiovascular technology and procedures.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and certification maintenance.
- Completion of a recognized program in Radiologic Technology (RT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Invasive Specialist (RCIS), with a strong foundation in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- National certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
