Clinical Neuro Rehabilitation Nurse

In the role of a Clinical Neuro Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be essential in managing the healthcare treatment and overall wellness of patients within our facility. Your duties will encompass performing comprehensive Health Care Assessments, developing individualized care plans, overseeing medication management, and meticulously documenting medical interventions and health progress in patient records.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing infection control protocols and providing guidance to enhance collaboration and program advancement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or as mandated for licensure as a registered nurse; must hold a valid nursing license in the State of Michigan.
  • A minimum of one year of prior experience in a residential care environment as a registered nurse is preferred.
  • Proven experience in delivering medical care within a rehabilitation context.

Work Schedule:

32+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible working arrangement.
