About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a flexible schedule with a focus on work-life balance. As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide rehabilitative treatment interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and modalities
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
