About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Care Specialist to join our team at Monro Muffler Brake. As a key holder and manager on duty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior guest experience through strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires through effective sales presentations and product knowledge
  • Complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process
  • First point of contact for guests on the phone and in the store, responsible for engaging guests, scheduling appointments, and presenting needed services
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies
  • Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
