We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a robust background in Salesforce implementation and support. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects related to the Salesforce Core Platform, including Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, and Mulesoft.
  • Quality Assurance Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the Software Quality Assurance domain.
  • Salesforce Development: Familiarity with the Salesforce development platform is essential.
  • API Proficiency: Hands-on experience with APIs and testing tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
  • Automation Skills: Strong background in device-agnostic testing and automation.
  • Programming Knowledge: Experience in Object-Oriented Programming languages, along with development experience.
  • Test Automation: Ability to design and create test automation scripts using Selenium within a Salesforce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Selenium Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in writing Selenium scripts.
  • Automated Testing: Experience in Salesforce automated test scripts, particularly within Sales and Service Cloud, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex technical information clearly to peers, developers, and senior management.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with automated pipeline integration is desirable.
