We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990.

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing cases from discovery through to resolution.
• Draft various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other relevant materials.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop strong cases.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
