About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is meeting their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest areas, including daily linen and towel changes
  • Practice safety standards and report any hazards or concerns to management
  • Respect guests' property and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
  • Neat and pleasant personality
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions
