Position Overview

As a Robotics Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing processes within our organization. This position requires a mid-senior level of expertise, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Operational Leadership**: Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2. **Technical Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain production schedules.

3. **Program Development**: Update and troubleshoot robotic programs in response to component changes and evolving manufacturing requirements.

4. **Project Management**: Utilize strong project management skills to lead, plan, budget, and execute significant capital projects effectively.

5. **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and training to team members on robotic setups and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong technical aptitude.
