We're seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent. As a key member of our cross-merchandising impulse product company, you'll play a vital role in maximizing sales and creating inspired shopping experiences for our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to drive merchandising resets and retail display builds.
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks in the absence of the regularly assigned merchandiser.
• Assist with special projects as needed to support the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:

• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Resides within 20 miles of Wauconda, IL 60084 with the ability to travel within their territory as needed.
