Recreational Therapist

We are seeking a Recreational Therapist to join our team at Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center. The successful candidate will design and initiate therapeutic services to improve the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients.

• Design and implement therapeutic recreation activities for patients
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field
• Preferred: One year of experience in program development and implementation of therapeutic recreation activities in an inpatient psychiatric hospital
