Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
  • Perform intakes of patients, documenting their medical histories and health concerns
  • Review patients' medical records and charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Administer medications, verifying dosages and patient information
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, contributing to a positive care experience
  • Assist medical staff with orientation and training, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members
Requirements
  • Current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
