Accounting Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Cashier to join our team at St Clair Service CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional manner
- Initiate daily cash and check deposits
- Cashiering to collect real estate and mobile home taxes
- Maintain accurate bank and financial reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous cashiering and/or bookkeeping experience
- Some college background in math or accounting
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to speak Spanish
