RPC Inspector

Job Details

The RPC Sorter role at Rehrig Pacific Company involves sorting returnable plastic containers accurately and efficiently, based on manufacturer and quality, through a visual inspection process. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet quality and quantity goals.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Engage in Safety protocols to meet Plan To Zero (PTZ) standards by adhering to company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
  
• Improve and maintain Quality Expectations by hand-sorting RPC containers based on manufacturer and quality, and reclamation of customer-owned product and materials.
  
• Production Expectations are understood, achieved, and sustained by meeting minimum production and quality requirements.
  
• Mission and Values are upheld by effectively working within a diverse team environment.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Familiarity with using a pallet jack is required.
  
• Prior Forklift experience and certification are preferred but not required.
  
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  
• A High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience is preferred.
