Ultrasonography Specialist

EvergreenHealth Monroe, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team in the Ultrasound Department.

This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to work in a semi-rural acute care hospital setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of community health.

• Perform ultrasound procedures with accuracy and precision, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to radiologists and participate in daily maintenance functions in the Ultrasound Department.
• Rotate on-call service support with the Ultrasound staff and maintain continuing medical education credits as required by ARDMS.
• Utilize proper patient identification procedures, verify physician orders, and document in medical records when appropriate.

• Must be ARDMS registered within 6 months of hire and have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
