Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the handling of a significant number of cases during each shift.
• Ensure the quality of all repacked and split case items within the warehouse.
• Maintain an organized workspace and demonstrate efficiency in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing timely completion of tasks.
• Keep prep tables, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized, adhering to warehouse quality assurance standards.
• Document daily inventory, complete repack work orders, and track product waste accurately.
• Exhibit a flexible attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Report any quality concerns or warehouse issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Accurately slot or stage all finished repackaged products for distribution.
• Provide assistance to the Sorting Department as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Possession of valid identification or driver's license (if applicable).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Exhibit active listening abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a cold and damp cooler environment for prolonged durations.

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 6:00 am until completion of tasks
• Weekly Hours: 34-40
