Position Overview

The Fountains is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an entry-level role in the food service sector. The Dining Room Attendant is dedicated to ensuring residents enjoy a delightful dining experience in our restaurant-style setting. Responsibilities encompass taking meal orders, serving dishes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members.
  2. Accurately record meal orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
  3. Clear tables during and after meals to maintain cleanliness.
  4. Prepare service carts and ensure all items are fresh and adequately stocked.
  5. Refill condiments and beverage containers as needed.
  6. Perform cleaning duties in the dining area after each meal.
  7. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the staff wait station and other common areas.
  8. Support the dishwasher in cleaning and safely storing kitchenware.
  9. Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels for dishwashing equipment.
  10. Serve meals to residents and their guests promptly and professionally.
  11. Complete routine cleaning assignments as scheduled.
  12. Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food storage and handling.
