Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, prioritizing their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical conditions, documenting findings in their electronic medical records and notifying providers and RNs as necessary.
  • Update and modify care plans to reflect changes in residents' care and service needs.
  • Supervise and lead care associates, ensuring they provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Administer medications accurately and timely, following orders and protocols.
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, contributing to the development of effective care plans.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to residents, families, and responsible parties, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Participate in the review of clinical indicator reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
  • A passion for caring for seniors and advocating for their needs.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
