At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Pastry Artisan plays a vital role in our operations. Committed to mastering the

Key Responsibilities:

• Adheres to NbC proprietary recipes and cake production techniques with accuracy while meeting productivity targets.
• Utilizes precision measuring tools, commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other equipment to create cakes.
• Prepares raw materials and tools for baking, places cake pans in the oven, and oversees the baking process.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods, follows product rotation standards, and maintains baking logs.
• Collaborates with the Bakery Manager to develop a cake production schedule, monitors inventory of baking supplies, and alerts management for restocking needs.
• Assesses raw materials and finished cakes to guarantee NbC quality standards are upheld and communicates any quality concerns to management.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring all baking supplies are ready for the next shift.
• Follows all health and safety regulations and NbC policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• While formal education or prior experience is not mandatory, experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a bakery, restaurant, or food service setting is advantageous.

Availability:

Must be willing to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
