Club Membership Manager Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB program as a Club Membership Manager. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the CLUB credit program and customer experience culture throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the CLUB credit program, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the CLUB customer experience, including effective communication and engagement with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute successful onsite and offsite events representative of the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB brand standards.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with the General Manager, fellow managers, and outfitters to gain credibility and influence.
  • Lead by example, serving as a role model and coach for peers and outfitters, and facilitating CLUB 101 training with all new Outfitters during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, associates, customers, and with the Corporate Staff.
