Position Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial, federal, and industrial projects exceeding $25 million. This role is pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive structural engineering design processes, ensuring compliance with the stringent standards set forth by the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Army.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Manage all phases of structural engineering design development, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced engineering software including AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Revit to deliver superior design solutions.
  • Engage in project management activities, particularly those involving the Department of Defense.
  • Travel to various job sites as required to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is required.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (S.E.) License is mandatory.
  • A minimum of twenty years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery within industrial construction is essential.
  • Proficiency in project management within the Department of Defense context is preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel are also required.
Compensation: The base salary for this position typically ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
