Job Overview

TJD Financial Services is seeking a seasonal receptionist to support our income tax preparation business during the winter months. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on a part-time basis and have the rest of the year off.

We are a reputable tax preparation business located in Hamilton Township, and we were voted "Best Tax Preparation" in the Trentonian Readers' Choice survey for three consecutive years.

The ideal candidate will have excellent personal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows. Duties will include answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, retrieving voice mails, preparing client folders, filing and maintaining client folders, handling and recording payments, and ordering supplies.
