Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to students and families.
- Document services and submit billing information for reimbursement.
- Collaborate with school staff and community agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school mental health and trauma-informed care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Valid NC driver's license and good driving record.
- One of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, or LPA.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A competitive salary range of $62,126 - $83,870.50.
