Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to students and families.
  • Document services and submit billing information for reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with school staff and community agencies to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school mental health and trauma-informed care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid NC driver's license and good driving record.
  • One of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, or LPA.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
