Estimated Salary: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a plasma center screener.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Screen new and repeat donors for eligibility
• Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
• Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate donor compensation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
