Position Overview:
Under the direct supervision of the Manager of the Challenge Golf Program, the Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in the daily management of the Challenge Golf Program facilities, particularly in supporting clients with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collects fees for the use of the driving range and three-hole course.
- Dispenses equipment and collects the necessary fees.
- Answers phone inquiries and provides information to customers as needed.
- Monitors customer needs at the snack bar and vending machine area.
- Offers assistance to participants in the Challenge Golf Program as required.

Safety and Security:
- Observes activities on the driving range and golf course to ensure customer safety and facility security; reports any concerns to the Manager.
- Remains accessible in the parking lot to assist physically challenged golfers upon their arrival and departure.
- Closes facilities and secures cash and equipment at the end of the business day.

Compliance:
- Adheres to hospital and departmental policies, with a focus on attendance, punctuality, confidentiality, dress code, and identification display.
- Completes mandatory education and training to maintain specific competencies and requirements.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: None required.
- Experience: Previous experience handling money and working in a golf course environment is preferred.
