Job Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include a variety of cleaning tasks aimed at ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Empty waste receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
2. Execute cleaning assignments using approved cleaning agents safely and effectively.
3. Perform tasks such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning carpets or floors.
4. Maintain cleanliness of windows, fixtures, balconies, and dust surfaces.
5. Vacuum and clean common areas to ensure a tidy environment.
6. Sanitize public restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
7. Change light bulbs and keep trash and dumpster areas orderly.
8. Assist in laundry duties as needed and participate in cross-training opportunities.
9. Engage in training programs, staff meetings, and committee participation.
10. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
