Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Delta Mechanical Inc. As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and other related systems in occupied or unoccupied residential, multi-family, commercial, and other dwellings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and service water heaters, including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters, and recirculating pumps.
* Troubleshoot any issues with the above systems.
* Install and service faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, along with water filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems.
* Troubleshoot any issues with the above systems.
* Ensure the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion.
* Protect all personal property of clients from work areas.
* Work in a variety of conditions and hours depending on client/jobsite needs.
* Enter time/mileage/materials into all relevant software.
* Maintain the proper truck stock for the scope of work required.
* Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
* Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the plumbing trade.
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* In some States, this position requires a current plumber license of Tradesman, Journeyman, or Masters.
* Valid Driver's License and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices.
* Technical/Trade school certification or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

* Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
* Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position.
* Very Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds or more of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
