Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, following physician's orders and facility policies.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Assist physicians with rounds and physical examinations as needed.
  • Perform treatments and document patient care, adhering to infection control measures.
  • Participate in research related to quality nursing care and assist with records and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Proven experience in geriatric nursing and ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • CPR certification and ability to attend in-service training and staff meetings.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems and ensure patient safety.
