Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain fryer equipment, including blanchers, dryers, and related systems.
  • Monitor and control product quality, ensuring consistency and meeting operational goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in food processing or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English in a professional setting.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software applications.
Working Conditions

The Process Fry Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment, with exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
