You will manage patient care activities, develop and implement individualized care plans, and supervise the delivery of care by the care team. Your expertise and judgment will be essential in evaluating patient responses to treatment and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
As a RN in the Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas, developing your skills and expertise in multiple settings.
Requirements- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Telemetry experience preferred
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure
- NIHSS - National Stroke Assoc NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
