Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Administrator to join our team as a Home Health Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations with our leadership team to ensure the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned ministries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
  • Serves as a resource to the staff and contributes to performance evaluations.
  • Manages patient flow within assigned areas and provides support and coordination for patient emergencies.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
  • Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
  • May provide input for hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
  • Two years' registered nurse experience with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of work location.
