Job Summary:

As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
