Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a RN Clinical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
Core Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking to ensure individualized care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the unique needs and characteristics of each patient, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Partner with patients and their families to set and achieve goals, utilizing effective communication and education to empower patients and promote optimal outcomes.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards, staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a fiscally responsible manner and promoting the recruitment and retention of all healthcare team members.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care, and actively support shared governance at all levels in the system.
- Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, ensuring a current and future qualified workforce and modeling the professional practice of nursing.
- Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement in nursing, participating in activities such as value analysis to evaluate patient care products.
- Uphold all healthcare system/organizational policies and procedures, clinical competencies, and professional association standards, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
